1. We only get paid if we win.

Mike Love & Associates takes all cases on an upfront, pre-determined contingency fee basis. If we win for you, we will only collect a fee, a set percentage of the final recovery.

This principle also applies to any upfront expenses we provide.

After a wreck, you often need funds and resources to aid your recovery before the final judgment or settlement. You may need extensive, quality medical treatment, help with a vehicle, or the inability to work or provide for your family while injured. We understand that and never charge interest on the funds we provide. If we don’t win your case, we lose that money. We are only reimbursed for those expenses if we win a favorable judgment or settlement for you.

This means having a true partner fully invested in your case and your well-being.
